Student Forms

You can log into your WebSTAR account to see your outstanding requirements, current messages, and financial aid award. f you have been selected for verification, simply log in to WebSTAR, go to Financial Aid Requirements, and follow the directions. Your application cannot be processed until all requested documents are submitted.

Online Student Forms


The IVC Financial Aid Office uses a website called Student Forms. It lets you (and your parents) sign and upload financial aid documents online. That means you don’t have to come to the office to turn in your paperwork!

If you need to turn in documents, you must first create a Student Forms account using this link:

imperial.studentforms.com

 

Step 1:The link will ask you to log in with your IVC student email and WebSTAR password (through the SSO PortalGuard system).

Step 2: Read the Privacy Policy and click "Accept."

Step 3: Register your account. Make sure to enter your personal information exactly the same as it was on your FAFSA

Once your account is ready, you’ll see a section called "Needs Action". This is where you’ll find a list of the documents you need to turn in, along with instructions. You can upload pictures, PDFs, and other files safely through this system.

Please give the Financial Aid Office 2 to 5 weeks to review the documents you send.


Self-Request Appeals

You can also use Student Forms to ask for certain types of financial aid appeals:

  • Unusual Circumstance Appeal – if there is a change to your dependency status
  • Special Circumstance EFC/SAI Appeal – if your or your family’s income has changed
  • Special Circumstance COA Appeal – if your school costs are higher than normal

To request one of these, follow the same steps above to create an account. Once you're logged in, click the box in the top right corner that says, "Manage Request" and explain why you’re asking for the appeal.

Submitting Completed Forms and Documents


Please ensure forms are completed and your name and student ID (G#) are on each page submitted. Keep a copy of all forms and documents for your records.
