located directly across from the SDSU Imperial Valley campus in Calexico, just a short
5-minute walk from two Calexico-to-IVC Express bus stops. This new student housing
community, developed in partnership with SDSU Imperial Valley and The Scion Group,
provides a convenient, connected, and supportive living environment for IVC and SDSU
students alike.

your final two, you can earn your bachelor’s degree in four years, spending two years
at IVC and two years at your university of choice.

Housing Eligibility
IVC students interested in transferring to SDSU Imperial Valley and enrolled in credit-bearing
courses are eligible to apply for IVC student housing at SDSU Imperial Valley, which
will launch in Fall 2026.
To qualify, students must:
- Be currently enrolled at Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµ.
- Remain in good academic standing (minimum 2.0 GPA).
- Adhere to the student code of conduct and community living standards.
- Complete a housing interest form and application when available.
Students may choose to lease by semester or for the full academic year.

License Agreement and Rates
All residents are required to sign a housing license agreement outlining the terms, conditions, and expectations
for living within the student community.
Rates will be released closer to the official opening and will remain focused on affordability for local students.
Financial aid and scholarships may be applied toward housing costs.

Located just steps from SDSU Imperial Valley, the Valley Villas housing site offers convenient access to the , with two bus stops less than 5 minutes away.
This makes daily commutes between Calexico and Imperial Valley College simple, affordable, and efficient for all residents.

All housing residents who are IVC students have access to a full range of student support services offered through Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµ.
These include academic advising, mental health counseling, tutoring, basic needs assistance,
transfer support, and more.
